Individual Counseling:
Licensed counselors providing assessment, individual counseling, goal planning, referrals, discharge planning and aftercare.

Group Therapy:
A minimum of four groups per week that address the challenges of recovery, eating disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Family:
Family re-integration and family recovery are facilitated by staff through education, family sessions and referrals throughout the resident’s stay and after discharge.

Educational and Vocational Guidance:
Assistance and resources are available for residents to find employment, continue their education and volunteer with local individuals and organizations.

12 Step Meetings:
In house and transportation to local 12 step meetings and recovery related activities.  Guidance with sponsorship and best use of 12 step resources is integrated into daily living.

Life Skills:
Staff supported instruction on basic life skills through group discussion, individual demonstration and hands on practice.

Recreational Activities:
Community activities are planned and independent activities are recommended to introduce residents to healthy attitudes toward sober living.  Residents are responsible for any costs.

Adjunct Therapies:
Referrals to appropriate professionals are made based on individual resident needs.  Continued cooperation with successful therapies are supported.

24/7 Staff Supervision:
Understanding the ups and downs of recovery, we have Resident Advisors available to provide understanding, guidance and assist with daily living needs.
