Self-pay daily rate $165.00
Due on admission for first 30 days $5250.00 (this includes $300.00 incidental deposit)
Billing is bi-weekly thereafter
First 30 days is non-refundable if resident leaves before end of 30 days

Additional Fees:

• All medical service providers – co pays and deductibles will be required at time of service
• Haley House consulting psychiatrist providing evaluation, consultation and medication management
• Transportation outside local area at .55 cents per mile or special arrangements can be made on a case-by-case basis
